WASHINGTON — Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) clarified that being "locked and loaded" for war with Iran meant he had loaded Tomahawk missiles himself while waiting for the Senate to convene. He noted approval was a formality since the munitions were primed. Pentagon officials were unaware the Senator had access to the launch bay.
