WASHINGTON — The DNC announced Monday it will dedicate 80 percent of its quarterly budget to monitoring and neutralizing domestic progressive groups. Resources previously allocated for swing-state outreach will now fund internal compliance audits. Chair Jaime Harrison noted Republicans are secondary. "We cannot win if distracted by viable policy proposals," Harrison said.
