WASHINGTON — Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins announced the USDA has eliminated SNAP fraud by reclassifying all grocery purchases as unauthorized wealth redistribution. Issuances are paused pending a review of recipients' hunger levels.

"We'd rather starve an innocent family than let a dollar walk away unguarded," said USDA Compliance Director Alan Sternglass.
