WASHINGTON — Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said Tuesday that his three interactions with Jeffrey Epstein were meaningless and inconsequential.

He announced plans to conduct all Commerce Department business using the same standard.

Routine meetings with business leaders will now be scheduled as one-time events with no records kept.

This approach is expected to prevent any meaningful policy outcomes from occurring.
