WASHINGTON — Senate Republicans demanded the administration sustain air strikes on Iran Tuesday to avoid forfeiting a 50 percent deposit on a planned victory parade. Lindsey Graham noted that ending hostilities now would trigger penalty clauses with the confetti supplier.

"It's bad fiscal responsibility to waste the down payment," Graham said.
