MOSCOW — The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed Tuesday that all future Oreshnik launches will utilize a new 'Ethical Miss' guidance setting designed to ensure warheads land only in unplowed fields.
The update prevents damage to infrastructure Moscow intends to loot later.
"We cannot risk hitting anything we plan to steal next year," said Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Volkov.
