WASHINGTON — The Department of Justice announced Tuesday it is formally reclassifying the Attorney General as the President's personal counsel to streamline defense. The move eliminates confusion over whether the AG represents the public or the administration. "Clarity is key," said Legal Liaison Mark Davids. "We don't prosecute crimes anymore, we manage liability."
