WASHINGTON — The Truth and Justice Commission opened for business Monday, offering a $1.776 billion fund for allies whose legal troubles stemmed from following Donald Trump's requests.

"Loyalty is a cost center, and the beneficiary should pay," said Commission Director Craig Miller. "Just write down the law you broke, the date, and how the president made you feel. We'll take it from there."
