NEW DELHI — The Election Commission confirmed Monday that all sitting Members of Parliament will now be regulated under the Insecticides Act of 1968, categorizing legislators as stored-grain pests. Voters were instructed to submit bait stations instead of ballots.

"We found no functional difference between a termite and a ten-year incumbent," said Commission Secretary Rajesh Verma.
