DULUTH — The Minnesota Republican Party confirmed Tuesday that its moment of silence for Derek Chauvin would appear on the convention docket immediately following the ratification of the quarterly catering invoice. "We allocated the same timeframe to Officer Chauvin as we do to the parking reimbursement committee," said State Party Chairwoman Jennifer Carnahan.
