WASHINGTON — Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) confirmed Wednesday that approval for seizing Kharg Island depends on whether the Iranian occupants are leaving the furniture.

Graham stated the operation hinges on whether the terminals are "move-in ready," prompting Pentagon officials to scrub countertops. "It's hard to sell regime change if the plumbing doesn't pass inspection," said Committee Chair Roger Wicker.
