WASHINGTON — Chair Kevin Warsh announced the Federal Reserve will now measure inflation exclusively using his personal grocery receipts to ensure "elite alignment." Future rate hikes depend entirely on his weekly spending at upscale markets.

"My cart is the economy," Warsh said. "If I don't feel poor, nobody is."
