JERUSALEM — The Ministry of Defense confirmed Monday that all ordnance deployed during last week's escalation will be billed directly to the Iranian government under a new "Recipient Pays" procurement policy. Officials stated the invoice includes delivery fees.

"Technically, they consumed the product," said Treasury Liaison David Cohen. "We just facilitated the transaction. It is irresponsible to absorb the loss on a delivered service."
